Dubai: The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has recently updated the names of development areas across Dubai, aligning them with the emirate's progressive vision and the rapid pace of its urban development.
The initiative also seeks to streamline government coordination among various departments that regulate and legislate the local real estate sector.
The revisions affect 28 different areas in Dubai, which have seen a significant and rapid increase in construction activity in recent years. The architectural growth includes a variety of projects, including integrated complexes, high-rise towers, and vertical buildings, significantly contributing to the broader development expansion in the emirate.
