Dubai: India Palace, the UAE restaurant brand, is introducing a limited-edition offer - the ‘Samundari Khazana’. The menu addition is tailored for ‘seafood enthusiasts and culinary connoisseurs’ alike.

The highest visibility will be trained on the lobster biryani, in which lobster tikkas infused with saffron, fresh mint, and spices are delicately cooked in a clay pot and layered over biryani rice. There is also the ‘Emperor’s Platter’, made up of a whole lobster, peppered calamari, prawn fritters, tandoori fish tikka, and Indian dynamite prawns served with makhani sauce, dal, and a naan.

“This limited-edition festive menu draws inspiration from the rich heritage of the Mughal Empire, where fresh, wholesome ingredients unite to create the most authentic Indian dishes, brimming with flavor and character,” said a statement.

According to K. Muraleedharan, Chairman and Managing Director of SFC Group, “Following the success of our previous ‘Khansama Menu’, we are thrilled to introduce the Samundari Khazana, showcasing the choicest jewels of the sea.”
